I first approached Buildmer on the recommendation of a friend who had large sliding doors fitted to the back of her house. Our project was different and we were working on a tight budget. Our requirement was for several doors, some windows and a large four panel bi-folding door. Buildmer worked very hard to come up with a satisfactory solution and offered several alternatives at different qualities. Finally they came up with a good product at a better price than any of their competitors. Overall the level of attention we received from members of the company was extremely good. The fact that it is a small company means that they give individual attention. As with many projects, there were a few small problems, all of which were treated as important and fixed. In short the after sales service was as faultless as the rest of our experience. I would have no hesitation in using the company again and indeed have recommended them to others.
