We offer two types of sash windows: traditional with weight balance system and a modernised version with spring balance system. The spring balance system is also available in slide and tilt version enabling easy access for cleaning the window externally.

Sash	56 x 53 mm
Hardware	Weight balance - weight ballasts placed in boxes at both sides of a window. Standard weight range - between 5,5 and 27kg. Spring balance - Caldwell – standard set includes a white spring sleeve.	Increased load-bearing ranges between 27 and 50kg. Option for tilting sashes for spring balance sashes.
Glazing	24mm 4/16/4, U = 1,0	Option of Slimlite glass
Bars	16mm both-sided glued on timber bars or inter pane bars
Accesories	Handle by Caldwell	Air inlet, external cill, locks, handles in brown, chrome and brass
Other	Choice of horns
