We offer modern garden studios which are ideal solution for people looking for additional space outside their house. Our modern design Garden Studios are a great idea for people working from home, people who need separate hobby space like piano room or gym. The possibilities are endless and our Gardens Studios can be adapted to individual needs of our clients. Garden Studios are fitted with sliding or bi - folding door creating a fantastic feature in your garden.

We offer full building service and because elements for the Garden Studios are prefabricated the installation is very quick and depending on weather conditions takes up to 10 days.

Our Garden Studios can be build without planning permission in most cases. This is subject to the following conditions:

• Garden studio must be built at least 2 meters from your plot boundary.
• Overall height of the building must not exceed 2.5m
• The building must not be erected in the front of your house.
• The building with other buildings in the garden must not occupy more than half of the area of land around the house.
• The building must not be built at the side of your house or within land designated as an Area of Outstanding Beauty, National Park.

If above conditions are not met you must apply for planning permission. We are happy to apply for the planning permission on your behalf (additional fee applies).
